About Transportation Services
Valley Senior Services offers transportation to seniors (60+ years of age) throughout Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo and Dilworth area and provides rides to the general public in rural Cass, Traill, Steele, Richland, Ransom, Sargent and rural Grand Forks. Whether you live in a metro or rural area - we will work to accommodate your needs. Our transportation services can be used for medical, shopping, meal site visits, and other personal needs. We do ask that all interested parties call 3-5 days in advance to ensure your ride reservation.

Metro Senior Ride - Transportation
For residents, age 60 and older, living in Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead, Dilworth metro area.
Rural Cass County - Transportation
Transportation is provided to all residents of rural Cass County, Monday-Thursday with ADA compliant accessible vehicles.
Steele County - Transportation
Transportation is provided to all residents in Steele County with ADA compliant accessible vehicles.
Traill County - Transportation
Transportation is provided to all residents in Traill County with ADA compliant accessible vehicles.
Ransom County - Transportation
Transportation service is provided for all Ransom County residents with ADA compliant accessible vehicles.
Sargent County - Transportation
Transportation is provided to all residents in Sargent County with ADA compliant accessible vehicles.
Richland County - Transportation
Transportation is provided to all residents in Richland County with ADA compliant accessible vehicles.
Formal Title VI Complaint Procedure
Under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and its related statutes and regulations, no person or groups of persons shall be, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any and all programs or activities funded in whole or in part with Federal funds. In addition to Title VI, there are other nondiscrimination statutes which include sex, age, and disability. These requirements define an over-arching Title VI/Nondiscrimination and ADA Program.
Valley Senior Services will consider every request for reasonable modification from individuals with disabilities. Language assistance for persons with limited English proficiency (LEP) is available free of charge.
